Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable unless an incorrect or defective item was received.
Please ensure you check your sizing carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges will only be considered if:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and hygiene stickers remain intact
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selection
- Worn or washed items
- Items without hygiene protection or tags
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us with:
- Subject: Exchange Request – Order #1234
- Item bought
- Size received
- Size they want
- Reason
- Photos if defective/wrong item
We will review the matter and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.

Once your exchange request is approved, instructions will be provided via email or direct message.
